1/ If your report is more than one year late, please email us directly at admin@thecorporatelegal.com. The online form is only for public information reports less than one year overdue.

2/ We have to submit multiple filings to reinstate your business. Those filings come with fees, including a $50 late fee (paid to the TX Comptroller) and a $75 reinstatement filing fee (paid to the Texas Secretary of State). But these are covered in the cost of this service.
