A street address for your business that puts your business mail in your email inbox. With business deadline reminders throughout the year so you don't lose your LLC.

Registered Agent

A registered agent, which is required for every TX LLC. With an attorney looking out for and providing guidance on your most important notices.

Due May 15, 2024

​Your mandated Public Information Report. With attorney review on every filing. (We may even be able to take care of it if you're late or need to reinstate your LLC.)

​Federal BOI Report

Due Dec 31, 2024 (if LLC registered before Jan 1, 2024)

Due within 90 days of registration (if LLC registered Jan 1-Dec 31, 2024)

​The Beneficial Ownership Information Report, a new federally-mandated report as of January 1, 2024. With attorney review before filing and available via email to answer questions.
